Purpose

Define the daily, weekly, and monthly operational tasks for country administrators.

Daily Tasks

  • Moderation Queue — Review and action all flagged content and user reports (target: clear queue by end of day)
  • Verification Queue — Process new mentor applications. Target turnaround: 48 hours from submission
  • Safety Dashboard — Check for critical alerts and unresolved safety incidents
  • Support Tickets — Respond to user support requests within 24 hours

Weekly Tasks

  • Engagement Review — Review weekly engagement dashboard: active users, sessions conducted, match rates, and retention
  • Content Review — Check for career pathway content that needs updating or new content requests
  • Mentor Check-In — Follow up with mentors who have low activity or pending session requests
  • Student Outreach — Identify students who have been inactive for 2+ weeks and send re-engagement messages

Monthly Tasks

  • Impact Report — Generate monthly report covering KPIs, user growth, session statistics, and incident summary
  • Mentor Review — Review mentor performance: session completion rate, student feedback scores, activity level
  • Content Audit — Verify career pathway content is current and aligned with latest curriculum standards
  • Partnership Management — Follow up with institutional partners on engagement and feedback
  • Platform Feedback — Compile user feedback and feature requests for product team

Quarterly Tasks

  • Comprehensive impact assessment with outcome data
  • Mentor recognition (top performers, milestones)
  • Strategic review of country-specific needs and priorities
