Nonprofit Cloud Migration

Helping grassroots NGOs move from paper-based processes to secure, affordable cloud tools that improve coordination, reporting, and donor transparency.

Accra & Tamale, Ghana

Many nonprofits in West Africa still rely on paper registers, personal WhatsApp groups, and disconnected spreadsheets to manage programs. The Nonprofit Cloud Migration project provides a structured, hands-on pathway to modern cloud infrastructure, tailored for organizations with limited budgets and technical capacity.

We guide each partner through a four-phase process: digital readiness assessment, tool selection and setup (Google Workspace for Nonprofits, project management, and basic CRM), staff training over eight weeks, and a three-month support window. Every migration plan is customized to the organization's size, programs, and reporting requirements.

Since 2023, we have completed migrations for 14 nonprofits across Accra, Tamale, and Cape Coast, collectively moving over 42,000 beneficiary records into secure, backed-up systems. Partner organizations report a 35% reduction in administrative overhead and faster grant reporting cycles.
