Digital Skills Accelerator
A 12-week intensive program equipping young Ghanaians with job-ready digital skills, from productivity tools to web development fundamentals.
The Digital Skills Accelerator is a hands-on learning pathway designed for young people aged 18-30 who are ready to enter the digital economy. Participants progress through three levels: digital literacy foundations, specialization tracks (web development, data entry, digital marketing), and a capstone project built with a real community partner.
Since launching in 2022, over 840 graduates have completed the program, with 67% securing employment or freelance income within six months. The curriculum is co-designed with local employers to ensure every skill taught maps directly to market demand.
We partner with community libraries, churches, and schools to host sessions in familiar, accessible venues. All materials are available offline, and participants receive a refurbished laptop to keep upon graduation.
